By Russian Post within 1 to 7 working days. Free delivery on orders over 30 ml.

A one-day-rush is possible. The cost depends on the region and the parcel weight. Delivery to the point of issue or courier door-to-door are possible. 

You can collect the order yourself at our lab. (Maerchaka 10, lab. 17-13, Krasnoyarsk) by appointment.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

1. A good quality product is considered to be the product that has remained market condition and consumer appeal.

2. By a resolution of Government of the Russian Federation №55 of January 19, 1998, perfumes and cosmetics of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged (rev. resolution of Government of the Russian Federation №1222 of 20.10.1998).

RETURN OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY

1. Goods of improper quality are those goods that fail to meet the requirements for this category of goods in regulatory legal acts and normative documents, or consumer contract terms.
2. In case of return of a good of improper quality, the cost of the good and its delivery will be returned to the customer.
3. You can return only the goods bought at “Metaphysica Parfums” online store and only from the customer who placed the order. Goods purchased in other stores are non-refundable.
4. If you discover defects on the good after receiving it (when the courier left/when you left the point of issue or the Russian Post office), you need to write an application on the return of the good and e-mail metaphysica.parfums@yandex.ru the application scan or photo together with the good of improper quality. Applications are accepted within 7 calendar days from the order receiving. Three photos (a photo of the good, a head-shot of the defect and a photo with the good’s production and expiration dates) must be attached to the application e-mail.
5. If you discover defects on the good in the moment of courier delivery or while receiving it at the point of issue, you should make an amount and quality deviation report. When a delivered good is found to be defective, you renounce the order by drawing up a release form.

If you discover defects on the good while receiving it at the Russian Post office, you need to write an application on the return of the good and e-mail it to metaphysica.parfums@yandex.ru together with the good’s photos.

7. Requirements for the return of the amount of money paid for the goods is subject to review within 10 days from the day of pursuing the claim (article 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Consumer Protection Act”). The cost of the returned good will be returned to the customer within 10 days from the day of pursuing the claim for the return of goods of improper quality.
